The first payment of $400/1 day or $600/2 day option is due October 1st to secure your son’s spot in the class. By Jan. 1, you must have the 2nd payment made which equals 2/3 of the cost of the class. By Feb. 15, you must have the 3rd and final payment made which equals 100% of the cost paid. You may pay in as many small increments as you wish following the above guidelines. Please call and ask if there are any questions. We are flexible as long as the payments are made.
Winter Camp Make-up Days: As usual holidays fall on some of the training days. The holidays that we cancel classes for can be found on our make-up day page on the front of website. Please pay close attention to those days because on some holidays only the hours have changed – not the actual date of the class.
Details: The High School Winter Hitting program is the same program as we have always had with an hour of hitting with our coaches to start and finish with an hour of strength training. As we get deeper into the winter and into the spring we aim to put the athlete at peak performance for their high school season. RJ and his staff have been providing the best combination of baseball mechanics and strength for many years in southeastern Wisconsin.

Focus 1
The Athletic Power Development (APD) component will build functional strength for greater sport performance through a neuromuscular training philosophy based on training movement, not muscle. APD is about building athletic movement, linked system strength, power, transitional balance, neuromuscular coordination, mind-muscle integration, and sequential muscle firing from the inside out. Coaches will identify and train up weak links in the kinetic chain, build core stability & strength, increase joint mobility & stability, and build full-body integrated strength.
Focus 2
The Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) component focuses on three of the most important physical components for athleticism. The SAQ program will teach you how to move more efficiently through postural correction, biomechanical analysis and movement skill patterning. Once a foundation of movement is built athletes will focus on increasing their first step quickness, deceleration, explosive speed, reactivity and multi-directional movement skills. Become a quicker, faster and more reactive athlete with SAQ training methods.
