Hitters Baseball Academy Announces New Building Expansion
For 2014 Fall Programs

Hitters Baseball Academy is excited to announce that construction plans have been approved for our new building expansion! The 40,700 square foot building will feature a complete indoor major league dimension infield, 2 levels of workout space, 15 batting cages, and expanded weight room, plus concessions, sporting goods and team store. The new facility will be located on the west frontage road of I-94 between 6 and 7 Mile Roads in Raymond, WI.

Capasso gets his 200th hit in D1 baseball. Capasso is the 6th player out of the Hitters program to reach this milestone.

U-13 Hitter Champions of Tournament of Champions
U-13 Hitters win the Tournament of Champions Events at Wales Community Park. In 2 tournaments played this year the U-13 Hitters have a second and Championship so far this year.

Former Hitters Pitcher’s Sam and Ben Mahar will both be pitching in the D1 NCAA Gary Regional this week. Ben is pitching for Valparaiso and Sam for University of Kentucky. There is a good chance they will face each other in relief for their teams.

The White Sox Ace Program wins both Hitters Elite Tournaments. The U-14 Ace Team beat Hitters Baseball Academy in the Final. The U-13 Ace team beat Rerx Plex Patriots in the final. Congratulations to the White Sox Ace Program.
Hitters U-14 Academy Team Takes 2nd Place
Hitters Baseball Academy’s U-14 Team places 2nd in Hitters Elite Tournament. The 14’s won their pool and were beat by White Ace Program in the final.

Mahar Named SEC Freshman of the Week
Former Hitters Pitcher Sam Mahar named Southeast Conference player of the week. Same is pitching for University of Kentucky. The Wildcats are currently ranked 7th in Division 1 baseball.

Trapino 11-0 for Richmond Burton High School
Wright State-bound LHP E.J.Trapino (11-0) fired a six-hitter with 13 strikeouts to lead his Richmond-Burton Rockets to a 4-0 win over Burlington Central. The future Raider lefty has allowed two earned runs this season for a miniscule 0.22 ERA.
Former Hitters outfielder Charlie Markson is playing well as starting right fielder for Notre Dame. Charlie is a junior this season hitting .296 going into weekend series with St. Johns.

Hitters Summer National Travel team invited to play in Chicago Scouts Association Wood Bat Showcase June 19th – 21st. This is the 3rd year Hitters Baseball has been invited to this premier event. In 2011 57 college and professional scouts attended this event.

2013 Grad Ronell Coleman is 2011 Hwy 94 Player of the year. Coleman edges out 2013 Grad Bryce Only. Coleman hit .417 in the 30 games this fall. In 117 at bats Ronell had on base percentage of .514 and struck out just 1 time.

Shut down Pitching of Jacob Sparger 87 mph, Adam Dressler 90 mph, Evan Kruczynski 86 mph, Marcellus Sneed 87 mph and outstanding middle infield defense by Tony Bultler and Ronell Coleman. Hitters go 4-1-1 in biggest event of the year. There were 146 of the top teams in the World tournament held in FT Meyers Florida.
