DETAILS : The main focus of this camp will be to develop Athletic Power in the Athletes (ADP). This training philosophy is based
on training movement and muscle memory. This will develop system linked strength, power, transitional balance, mind-muscle integration and sequential muscle firing to create a highly prepared, healthy athlete. By finding the weak links in the Kinetic chain of the athlete, as well as building core stability and strength, increasing joint mobility and stability, full body integrated strength will be achieved.

The Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) component focuses on three important physical components for athleticism. The SAQ program will teach you how to move more efficiently through such techniques correcting posture, biomechanical analysis, and skilled movement patterning. Once a foundation of movement is built athletes will focus on increasing their first step, deceleration, explosiveness, and multi-directional movements. Become a quicker, faster and more reactive athlete with these training methods.
